Partial spin-off process, completed

July 2024 FM Romania announces the completion of the partial spin-off involving the transfer of a part of its patrimony, corresponding to international freight services, to the beneficiary company, FM Romania Freight Forwarding.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the partial spin-off process by universal transfer of part of FM Romania’ patrimony corresponding to the activities of providing international freight services, as detailed in the Spin-Off Project as of 09.05.2024, to FM Romania Freight Forwarding, effective as of 30 June 2024.

FM Romania Freight Forwarding will operate as an independent entity, dedicated to providing international freight services, while FM Romania will continue to provide domestic transport services & integrated logistic services. This separation allows both FM Romania and FM Romania Freight Forwarding to concentrate on the core strengths and accelerate the growth trajectories of each business, respectively domestic transport services & integrated logistic service and international freight services.

We are confident that this strategic decision will unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable success for both entities.
